Timekeeper is a 100% desktop client software built using MS .NET 1.1 framework.
Please confirm you are using supported platforms to operate the software:
- Operating Systems Supported: Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003
- Sound Drivers are installed Correctly
- File formats Supported in the Suite:all image formats
Please ensure prior to installation:
- You have administrator rights to install software on your computer
- You have rights to install in the system folder components to run the software
- You have SoundCard,Speaker and Mic on the computer
- Check to confirm MS .NET 2.0 was installed properly on your computer
Timekeeper team can not provide any direct or immediate support for your issues. We track all reported issues and make every effort possible to get back to you with resolutions. Typically, we release patch releases and send out updates to our customers and users. All support issues are communicated via e-mail, which ensures that we track and resolve issues as they come to our attention. It is very important that you provide a valid e-mail address.
